Data we collect

Phone number for OTP login and activity notifications.

Activity, registration, attendance, and Passport facts you generate by using the product.

Optional profile photo, social handles, country, city, languages, and participation preferences.

Calendar connection tokens if you explicitly connect Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Contract: providing coordination, check-in, and calendar features you request.

Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, product security, and aggregated platform statistics.

Consent: optional analytics cookies and non-essential integrations.

International users

SHOWUPAT is designed for global use. We apply GDPR principles by default and adapt to UK GDPR, Swiss nFADP, and other local laws as we expand. California residents may have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA.

Retention & deletion

Personal data is kept while your account is active and as required for attendance facts organizers rely on. You may request account deletion and data export via privacy@showupat.com.
