Activity, registration, attendance, and Passport facts you generate by using the product.

Profile photo, social handles, country, city, languages and participation preferences, where provided. Additional information requested for participation depends on existing rules and consent.

Calendar connection tokens if you explicitly connect Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Contract: providing coordination, check-in, and calendar features you request.

Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, product security, and aggregated platform statistics.

Consent: non-essential integrations where applicable. No analytics loader is active in this version.
